KELVIN MCLAURIN

Kelvin is the Chief Executive Officer at MJK Solutions, LLC a Division of Peachtree Providence Partners.   As CEO, Kelvin sets strategy, drives culture, and develops advisory solutions for the company’s portfolio of clients.   Kelvin has over 30 years of enterprise-level transformations across multiple industries and operational experience leading Shared Services and Finance. He has strong expertise in global transformations, finance, procurement, human resources, strategy, and operations.

Before becoming CEO of MJK Solutions, Kelvin served as Senior Vice President—Global Business Services of CVS Health, where he led a large team of more than 650 staff (internal and outsourced) who designed and implemented cutting edge technologies in Robotic Process Automation to deliver next level improvements across processes and drove programs to reduce SG&A by $1.2B.  Additionally, he managed more than $9B in annual procurement spend, managed Finance Systems (a single instance of SAP across all companies), and Enterprise Cost Transform programs.

Before his time at CVS Health, Kelvin created and led Medtronic’s Enterprise Business Services organization to transform and optimize core business operations, increased efficiency, and drove business results through process improvement, automation, and redesign of operating models, achieving $30M in run-rate savings in the first year of operations.

Kelvin also served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Services at McDonald’s Corporation, where he created a cross-functional/cross-geography internal service organization.   He consolidated disparate Centers of Excellence, Outsourcing partnerships, and Shared Service groups, including Procurement, Change Management, ERP Support, Finance Operations/Reporting, Human Resource Operations, Finance Systems, Process Excellence/Automation, Travel, Fleet, and Safety & Security.  This was delivered through a hybrid model focused on outsourcing in Hyderabad-India and with internal centers from Columbus- Ohio; Buenos Aires- Argentina; Sutton Coldfiel-UK, Guangzhou-China.  Kelvin managed over 3,000 employees and 1,000 contract workers while saving the company over $500M in procurement and $250M in SG&A. He also led the restructuring of the Company, delivering a $300M reduction in SG&A.

He started his career with Ernst & Young in the Chicago Office, where he served as an Auditor in the Financial Services and Government Sectors.

Kelvin has been highly active in building world-class teams and providing excellent results. He has received many awards for outstanding results, such as Hackett World Class Shared Services Designation and Internal Quality Productivity and Control Best Mature Shared Services. He also received the McDonald’s President’s Award (Top 1%) and Ray Roc and Martin Luther King Shing Light Award for his work on Supplier and Employment Diversity.

Kelvin earned his BBA in Accounting from Millsaps College, Jackson, MS, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
