2024 World’s Strongest Man Day 2 Recap

[ad_1]

Day Two of the 2024 World’s Strongest Man was Rob Kearney’s pro strongman send-off.

Day Two of the 2024 World’s Strongest Man (WSM) competition was the last day of the Qualifying stage. It comprised five groups of six athletes, all vying for the top two spots within their respective groups to advance to the 2024 WSM Final.

After the first five events, the overall leader of each group locked in their slot to the Final. The athletes ranked second and third overall in each group battled in a last-man-standing-style Stone-Off to determine the remaining five Final athletes.

Below are the results of the Day Two events: the Globe Viking Press, the Car Walk, and all five Stone-Offs. The Car Walk was the last event of Rob Kearney‘s pro strongman career, as he announced before the contest began that the 2024 WSM would be his curtain call in the sport.
