Born in 1943 in Trinidad, CO, in her parents’ home, she has led a life full of adventure and leadership. As a single mother of two daughters for 15 years, she balanced family life with a variety of experiences, including living in Albuquerque, NM, for 26 years, and spending 4.5 years living in an RV. Her love for travel extended to long-haul trucking for 11 years, and she has RVed across the U.S. and Canada for many years.
Her passion for community involvement is evident through her roles as Past President of Duke City Business & Professional Women and Robertsdale Garden Club. She was also a dedicated member of the Sweet Adelines for several years.
After a decade-long relationship, she married Tom Lindsay in January 1989.
